 Delta Sensory Gardens shall not be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business or loss of profits) arising in contract, tort or otherwise from the use of or inability to use this site, or any material contained in it, or from any action or decision taken as a result of using this site or any such material.

Your Annual Pass entitles you to admission to the Delta Sensory Gardens

Your Membership is valid 12 months from date of issue. 

Don’t forget you need to bring your Annual Pass with you every time you visit.

Your Annual Pass is non-transferable and must never be passed on to another individual (who is not entitled to use it). Regular routine checks will be carried out.

2 Children per adult under 14  go free

Guide Dogs are permitted in the gardens as long as they are kept on a lead and dog waste is cleared up by owners.

Penalty for abuse of Annual Pass is confiscation at point of entry.

Delta Sensory Gardens reserve the right to change the Annual Pass prices at any time without prior notice.

Access to this site may be restricted and or suspended temporarily or permanently and without notice.

No liability is accepted by Delta Sensory Gardens for loss or injury at Delta Sensory Gardens.

Delta Sensory Gardens reserves the right to alter or change these terms without notice.

We respect your privacy and will only process personal data you provide to us or we obtain from you in accordance with applicable privacy law as detailed in our Privacy and Security Policy. By using our site, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate. We do not want you to, and you should not, send any confidential or proprietary information to us via our site. You further recognise that we do not want you to, and you warrant that you shall not, provide any information or materials to us that is defamatory, threatening, obscene, harassing, or otherwise unlawful, or that incorporates the proprietary material of another person.

ACCESS & OPENING TIMES

·        No Access into the Gardens other than by the official Garden Entrance

·        Cycling around the Grounds is not permitted .

·        No adult bicycles are permitted beyond the car parks.

Special events taking place throughout the year may require closing access to some or all of the ·        Gardens. Please check our website for the latest information.

Special events at Delta Sensory Gardens may carry their own admission charge. Where possible, Annual Card holders are eligible for free. Please refer to our website or make an enquiry. If you do engage in social media, we also give updates on Facebook.

The management reserve the right to refuse entry.

Children must be supervised at all times. We work tirelessly to protect and nurture our Gardens, so please enjoy our landscapes mindfully.

Please do not take cuttings.

Please observe the notices within our Gardens .

Picnics are only allowed in our Patio and games garden areas. We regret picnics are not allowed anywhere else, except on special Garden Events occasions.

Delta Sensory Gardens is a working gardens so we ask all visitors to take appropriate precautions to ensure their own safety and the safety of others.

Do not open closed gates and do not feed the fish unless specific food provided by staff

Delta Sensory Gardens does not accept liability for any loss or injury whilst on the site.
